Organisational Structure

Established in 1990 Young Aussie Enterprise inc was incorporated in 1991 and is an Australian Registered Body ARBN 070 854 901 with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. It is also registered as a Public Benevolent Institution giving it charity status with the Australian Taxation Dept meaning all donations over $2 are tax deductible.

It is a pro-active Christian youth enterprise for 15 - 26 year olds that addresses the challenges of hardship and unemployment through education and the creation of niche market enterprises, whilst at the same time offering supportive youth network programs. As an organisation it encourages young people by their motto STAND UP YOU'RE SOMEBODY The organisation directly challenges the handout mentality that the welfare system promotes by offering a HAND UP NOT A HAND OUT.

Young Aussie is overseen by a Management Committee / Board that meets bi-monthly.
